Production Supervisor
The ideal candidate for production supervisor is self motivated, team oriented, organized, and has strong communication skills. A valid class “C” Illinois Driver’s License and an Illinois Pesticide Operator’s License or the ability to obtain them within 2 months of hire is required. This position involves working closely with the owner to manage our production staff and involves multi-tasking in many aspects of production with a focus on the Maintenance Department. Some responsibilities include route scheduling, quality control on sites, management of equipment, material coordination and aquisition, job cost efficiencies, turf applications, and on-site training of field crews. The candidate must be able to work alone and with others to be a part of our family-oriented company. Maintenance Foremen
This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in landscape maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to drive a truck and trailer. It also requires a competency or the ability to learn proper horticultural and maintenance practices including seasonal flower displays, mulching, dormant pruning, etc. The ability to speak English and Spanish are a plus. This position is seasonal and benefits include competitive wages, paid holidays, paid vacation, and growth opportunities within the company.
Construction & Maintenance Sub-Foremen
Sub-Foremen positions require a valid Drivers License, one year of experience, and the ability to speak English and Spanish preferred. Some responsibilities include assisting the Foreman with job site details, learning daily activities, and running the crew if the Foreman is sick or on vacation. Sub-Foreman positions are a great opportunity for self motivated individuals to learn from senior level foremen within our company and grow with us.
